Who are the people in the film industry which have had an influence in the way you make films today?
Kubrick, Scott, Tarantino, and Burton are a few of the people who come to mind when I think of movies that I enjoy over and over again. I haven’t made a film that is “mine” yet as a director, but I can envision my up and comings. Stay tune, this is only the beginning.
Why do you make films?
I make films to bleed my creativity in an awe inspiring way. I have always been into art, for as long as I can remember, and film is just one more way to express myself. It is the medium in which I can be involved in so many different facets that together can create a unique and timeless piece.
What advice would you like to give other filmmakers?
Just jump in, Now! There is no time like the present to try something new and interesting. If you can think it, it can be done. Also network, network and don’t hesitate to network. People that you meet down the road of life can share vision and inspiration that will open new doors and new avenues of imagination that you never before knew existed.
